Centre For Liveable Cities

1. How did the CLC come up with the Singapore Liveability Framework?

The purpose of the Singapore Liveability Framework is to provide a lens through which city leaders can view their cities. The CLC’s research has distilled key principles from Singapore’s development experience into the Framework and is not meant to be exhaustive, but is a useful guide for developing sustainable and liveable cities.
