The Municipal Services Office (MSO) works closely with government agencies, Town Councils and other non-government stakeholders to review and formulate policies, develop systems and processes to ensure municipal services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

MSO is working with the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) to pilot a unit of dedicated personnel in a few towns to work with residents on serious cases of neighbour noise nuisance.
