To ask the Minister for National Development how many HDB flats which are four-room or larger are currently occupied by only single persons or couples who are over the age of 55 years.

Answer:

As at Nov 2022, the number of four-room or larger flats that are occupied by only single persons, or couples over the age of 55 years, are about 60,000 and 75,900 respectively.

2        Seniors looking to right-size may be eligible for the Silver Housing Bonus of up to $30,000 in cash.
