To ask the Minister for National Development (a) what is the expected impact of the lowered loan-to-value (LTV) limit on aspiring homeowners transitioning from rental housing to purchasing a flat; (b) of the lower income households who may be handicapped or disadvantaged by the new LTV limit, how many are eligible for the increased maximum grant amount of S$120,000 under the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant; and (c) of those who are ineligible, what is being done to minimise the impact of the lowered LTV limit on them.
