To ask the Minister for National Development how many of those who currently live in HDB’s 2-room flexi flats are single and aged (i) 50 to 60 years and (ii) 61 years and above respectively.

Answer:

As at end-July 2023, 8,597 residents (i.e., flat owners and occupiers) living in HDB’s 2-room sold flats were single (i.e., unmarried, divorced, or widowed) and aged 50 to 60 years. The number for those aged 61 years and above is 15,243.
