Mr Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap: To ask the Minister for National Development:-
(a) what is the total number of HDB flats and private condominium units built in 2013 and 2014; and
(b) out of the total number of HDB flats built, how many are meant for rental and sale respectively.
Answer:
A total of 31,644 non-landed private residential units were completed in 2013 and 2014. Over the same period, 44,488 public housing units were completed: 43,307 units for sale and 1,181, for rental.
