6580. Mr Leong Mun Wai: To ask the Minister for National Development (a) what is the (i) total and (ii) proportion of Singapore's land area that has been set aside for the construction of HDB flats in the Singapore Master Plan 2019; and (b) whether there are plans to increase this land area in the Draft Master Plan 2025.

6581. Mr Leong Mun Wai: To ask the Minister for National Development what current proportion of Singapore's landed properties are (i) Good Class Bungalows (ii) detached houses that are not Good Class Bungalows (iii) semi-detached houses and (iv) terrace houses respectively. 

6582. Mr Leong Mun Wai: To ask the Minister for National Development (a) how does the Urban Redevelopment Authority determine that Good Class Bungalows should only occupy up to 40% of the size of their land plots; and (b) whether this proportion will be reviewed in future, in view of competing land use needs. 

6592. Ms Hazel Poa: To ask the Minister for National Development what is the total land area redesignated for residential use during the current term of Government.
