* There are flats available for booking when the balloted queue position to select a flat is due.
^ Flat selection is on-going for the BTO/SBF exercise launched in Nov 2018.
FT families who are not invited to book a flat after two attempts for a BTO flat in the non-mature estates will be given an additional ballot chance for their subsequent applications for a BTO flat in the non-mature estates. Over the past two years, among the FT families who applied for a BTO flat in the non-mature estates, all have been successful by their third attempt.
