a)    Percentages indicated in columns A – F are calculated based on column G. Percentages may not add up due to rounding.

b)    A seller is considered as a first-time seller if he/she only has 1 selling record for HDB flats or private residential properties respectively.

c)    If a resale transaction consists of first-time seller(s) together with nth-time seller(s), the resale transaction is considered as involving a first-time seller.

d)    Private residential properties include Executive Condominiums. Data on resale transactions for private residential property exclude en bloc sales. Records on sellers of private residential properties are based on available stamp duty records.
