Memorandum of Understanding to Promote Bilateral Collaboration in Sustainable Built Environment

The Ministry of National Development (MND) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Development of Brunei Darussalam on 20 March 2015 to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the promotion and development of a sustainable built environment.

The MOU was signed by Minister for National Development, Singapore, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, and Minister of Development, Brunei Darussalam, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman.

This MOU will facilitate closer collaboration between the two countries through the exchange of views, and sharing of experiences and expertise on sustainable built environment in areas including research and development, construction industry development, green building initiatives, and urban planning and development.
