To ask the Minister for National Development for each of the last ten years, what percentage of private residential property transactions are attributed to (i) Singapore citizens (ii) permanent residents (iii) foreigners (iv) companies that are majority-owned by Singaporeans and (v) companies that are majority owned by non-Singaporeans.

Answer:

          Information on the breakdown of private residential property transactions for each of the last ten years is in Table 1.
