To ask the Minister for National Development for first-timer families who had successfully selected a HDB BTO flat, what are the 25th percentile, median, average and 75th percentile (i) household incomes and (ii) BTO price to household income ratios for such families in each year from 2018 to 2022.
Answer:
The household incomes of first-timer families who collected keys to their Build-To-Order (BTO) flats, and the BTO house price-to-income (HPI) ratio for these families, from 2018 to 2022, are in tables 1A and 1B.
