Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song: To ask the Minister for National Development
(a) how many properties were sold in each of the last 10 years for more than $1.5 million, with a break down by residential, commercial and industrial properties;
(b) of those sold for above $1.5 million, what were the
i. average and
ii. median selling prices, with a break down by residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Answer:
1. The data requested are collected by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Jurong Town Corporation (JTC). They cover private property transactions and do not include HDB properties and executive condominiums.
