To ask the Minister for National Development (a) what is the current occupancy rate for HDB flats on the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS); and (b) what is the take-up rate of the PPHS (Open Market) Voucher since it was officially launched on 1 July 2024.

Answer:

The occupancy rate for HDB flats available for rent under the Parenthood Provisional Housing Scheme (PPHS) is around 90%. The remaining flats are available for selection in the ongoing August 2024 PPHS application exercise.

As of 30 Jul 2024, HDB has received 90 applications for the PPHS (Open Market) Voucher.
