Mr Leong Mun Wai: To ask the Minister for National Development since 2010, what is the respective annual number and percentage of HDB flats whose owners are occupiers of the flat and (i) owns private residential property (ii) owns private residential property and have at least one room in the flat rented out (iii) does not own private residential property and (iv) does not own any private residential property and have at least one room in the flat rented out.
